IRS Approves Federal Tax Exempt Status

On Monday, April 17th, the IRS approved Latinos ARE for the Charity federal tax-exempt status under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501 (c)(3). Latinos ARE, a new non-profit, incorporated in PA on February 10th to support Latinos and STEM students with internships and fellowships in government offices at the state level.
